| EXPERIENCE: | • 0-4 years of experience in selling broadcast / IT services. • Knowledge of broadcast technologies and SEA markets will be preferred. Other preferred skills / experience required. • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills both verbal & written. |

• Network planning & monitoring. • Error free network transmission / playout of all TV channels. • To do proper coordination with Network Operations Center to debug and diagnose network problems. • To provide customer support to the Internal Customers. • Immediate trouble shooting of any user. • To ensure proper IP phone,printers and system administration for company internal users. • To take proper readings of all networks components/servers and Electrical setup related and there operational status. |

| DESCRIPTION: | • Smooth & error free uplinking, transmission & playout of live,recorded events and TV channels. • Technical training of Ingest and Transmission operators. • Routine & Periodical, Preventive & Troubleshooting Maintenance of installed RF, broadcast equipment & playout facilities. • Implementation of projects based on new customer requirements. • Coordination with clients for operations reporting, troubleshooting etc. • Coordination with Government bodies for statutory MIS, specific queries etc. • Coordination with OEMs & Vendors in respect of maintenance, upgrade & new installation of technical equipment & facilities. |
